NOTE: “Associates” who participate in programs offered by the NMI are members only of those programs and do not have membership status in the corporate entity. Naturopathic Medicine Institute, Inc. Governance of the Naturopathic Medicine Institute is by a self-perpetuating Board of Directors, and neither the Certificate of Incorporation nor the corporate Bylaws have any provision for membership in the corporation.
All Associate affiliation provided by the NMI is for a full CALENDAR year (Jan-Dec) regardless of when one joins (a monthly payment plan is available). For your convenience and protection – to prevent lapses in your NMI status and ancillary benefits through our partners – NMI will automatically renew your affiliation at the end of each calendar year, using the credit card you initially provided. NMI will send you a reminder before processing your renewal.
NMI’s services are delivered immediately. Upon the conclusion of your authorization process, NMI will automatically send you an email containing your login information so that you may begin to use the services. Since NMI immediately delivers its services and incurs full costs for your participation, NMI’s sales are final, as discussed below.

NMI makes every effort to communicate its billing and renewal policies and to remind associates of their authorization to automatically renew their affiliation. These policies are explained during the initial authorization process. Additionally, NMI’s welcome email provides a link to these Terms & Conditions and requires that you read and acknowledge them prior to using the services. NMI’s system tracks and logs your acknowledgment of the Terms & Conditions, and NMI may maintain a record of your access to the services.
If you elect to opt out and not renew your affiliation or to renew your affiliation using a different credit card, we ask that you provide notice as soon as possible; preferably thirty days prior to your anniversary date. , or upon receipt of your first reminder, whichever occurs first by contacting our Renewal Department at [email protected] Requests received within forty-eight business hours of the scheduled renewal may not be processed, and those renewals will take place. However, you may contact us to discuss your account, contacting our Renewal Department at [email protected]
